Transitional Housing

Popular among our patients, staff and referral sources is the Transitional Housing Program. Managed by the Director of Transitional Housing, this program provides a supportive living environment for those attending outpatient treatment.

 

This multi-house program provides safe housing and support in early recovery and a therapeutic transition to living with others in recovery, structured house rules and attendance at 12 step programs are part of supportive, affordable environment found in the Transitional Housing Program.
 
  • For those in need of housing supportive to recovery
  • Comfortable living conditions
  • Private to semi-private bedrooms
  • Residents are 18 years of age and older
  • Designed for the medically, psychiatrically and physically stable with primary diagnosis of addictive disease
  • Full kitchen and laundry access
  • 3 to 9 month contracts
  • Designed to work in conjunction with outpatient levels of care
  • Confidential level of care within the care continuum
  • Outside referrals welcome
  • Evaluation by the Assessments Center is required prior to admission
